Dear 2000 Level Students,
Please note that your selection into Special Degrees has been strictly made based on the raw marks you obtained for the relevant course units (please read the relevant sections of the by-law in your student handbook for details). You can get a rough idea about this cutoff Mark based on the grade of the last student in each special degree list. This selection will be made purely based on the marks and no other factors shall be taken into consideration. If you do not have enough marks, you are not eligible for that particular special degree. If you have doubts about your eligibility for a particular Special Degree, please first contact the relevant Head of the Department. If the Head of the Department says that you are eligible based on the cutoff mark, please officially inform me through an email (manjula@mgt.ruh.ac.lk).
The students having "University Colors for Sports" can request for an elevation by making a formal request addressed to the Dean in writing (hard copy) with certified copies of certificates to prove you have been awarded university colors for sports. The deadline for these requests shall be 24.10.2023 (Here, only the university colors will be considered. Participation in various games and other types of awards/certificates will not be considered).
